Matt Julian – Managing Partner
Matt has 30 years’ experience fostering international trading relationships and facilitating cross-border business expansion, specializing in the areas of foreign direct investment, international market development, and trade promotion. His career has included developing and implementing international marketing and distribution strategies on behalf of US corporations; working as an International Trade Specialist for the US Department of Commerce; and for the past 20 years representing the economic development interests of numerous European governmental agencies both abroad and in the US, including the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, the Greater Geneva Berne Area, the Fribourg Development Agency, the Geneva Office for Economic Promotion, the City of Amsterdam, and the Schiphol Airport Development Authority . Matt is a seasoned hands-on foreign direct investment specialist with a broad and deep understanding of issues facing both corporations and economic development agencies. He brings insight, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to ensure that mutual interests are being served and that sustainable and profitable outcomes are achieved by all relevant parties. Matt holds a B.S. in International Marketing from MSU Denver. He is based in Austin, Texas where he is an active supporter of the local arts community.
